Bootcamp and Fitness Classes
From Circuit Training, Martial Arts Training, Body Weight Conditioning and Muscular Endurance and Strength Training and Yoga, our team will always keep you guessing and your body reacting to some of the most intense and progressive training you’ll ever endure.
Learn from experienced instructor Brian as he puts you through drills and exercises that will not only get your heart rate going, but challenge your balance, co-ordination and teach you great skills and athletic movements that you can apply in all your fitness training.
Our Fusion classes are an innovative new program exclusive to Dynamo Training that blends a combination of strength, cardio, endurance and flexibility training all in one class. Each class ranges from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and consists of a bootcamp style class followed by Yoga and Pilates styles to further strengthen your core and loosen tight joints and muscles.
Yoga will provide you with more body awareness while increasing your overall flexibility. Flex Yoga is a full compliment to those working with Liz privately or in Dynamo Boot Camp as well as students who wish to experience the many benefits offered through restorative yoga. Yoga is perfect for everyone as it addresses individual needs & goals
Training with Lizzy has increased the quality of my life.
