Flex Fusion

Flex Fusion is an innovative new program exclusive to Dynamo Training that blends a combination of strength, cardio, endurance and flexibility training all in one class. Each class is 1.5 hours and consists of a 45 minute bootcamp style class followed by 45 minutes of a variety of Yoga styles to further strengthen your core and loosen tight joints and muscles. Fit Kids

The Fit Kids’ program will focus on the Fitness ABCS (Agility training, Balance and Co-ordination and Strength and Endurance). Each class will vary, utilizing functional bodyweight resistance exercises, timed interval training, circuit training classes for those short attention spans and a plethora of different training styles and exercises to keep your child fit and teach them the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
